Trevor Welham

Trevor joined iCON in 2022 working in IT and Digital Transformation. Prior to joining iCON, Trevor was at Reckitt where he was responsible for IT Change as Head of Manufacturing Technology across the 50+ factories globally. Originally from New Zealand, he arrived in London 2001 and worked at Accenture for 5 years developing and delivering IT solutions for clients, before going on to Senior IT roles in the Oil & Gas, Retail, Gaming and FMCG sectors.

Tim Reynolds

Tim joined iCON in 2021 as the Head of IT and Digital Transformation.

Tim brings with him 25+ years of international IT experience, with roles across developing markets, Europe and the UK. Prior to iCON, Tim was at Reckitt Benckiser Group for 16 years, in various leadership roles, including regional CIO, Head of Technology & Head of IT Transformation Programmes. He also previously held roles at Currys plc and Dacorum Borough Council in the UK.

Charles Haine

Charles joined iCON in 2022 as the Head of ESG and Safety. He has 30 years of professional experience, most recently as a Technical Director at WSP leading a team delivering sustainability strategy, ESG assessment and due diligence, carbon and climate risk/resilience projects for infrastructure businesses, investment houses and lenders. Prior to that, Charles was at Royal HaskoningDHV and the Environmental Manager in the Global Safety & Environment team at DP World.

Charles has completed a training certificate in Climate Leadership from CISL, University of Cambridge, and holds a Master’s degree in Marine Resource Management from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, and Bachelor (Hons) degree in Geography from the University of Birmingham.

Helen Gunson

Helen joined iCON in 2022 as the Head of Tax.

Before joining iCON, she trained and practiced as a corporate lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London for over 13 years. In her previous role, Helen focused on advising clients on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, finance transactions, disputes and equity and debt capital markets transactions.

Helen is responsible for overseeing the tax matters of iCON, its respective funds and the tax considerations of prospective investments.

Helen has a BA (First Class Honours) in Law with Law Studies in Europe (France) from Oxford University and a post-graduate diploma in legal studies from the BPP College of Professional Studies.

Deversh Seth

Deversh joined iCON in 2021 as a Finance Analyst.

He previously worked at PwC for three years as an auditor in the TMT sector.

Deversh is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and holds a MEng in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London.

Rebecca Allister

Rebecca joined iCON in 2020 as a Finance Analyst.

She previously worked in the financial services audit department at KPMG. Rebecca is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, and holds a BA in Accounting and Finance from Newcastle University.

Caroline Granshaw

Caroline joined iCON in 2019 as Head of Compliance.

Previously she worked at Octopus Capital for 6 years, advising the institutional businesses on compliance.

Caroline holds an MA in Philosophy, a Diploma in Investment Compliance and was called to the Bar in 2010.

Jacob Murphy

Jacob joined iCON as a Finance Analyst in 2019, having previously worked for Schroders Plc in their group reporting department. Before that, he worked in the commercial finance team of a FTSE 250 multinational.

Jacob is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and has a BSc in Accounting and Finance (University of Bath).

Maren Aune

Maren joined iCON in 2018 and is a Compliance and ESG Analyst.

She supports the Head of Compliance, and with a keen interest in matters relating to ESG she is responsible for ESG and Responsible Investment reporting.

Maren holds an LLM in Environmental Law from Queen Mary, University of London and an LLB (Hons) from Oxford Brookes University.

Chris Jarvis

Chris joined iCON in 2017 and is now a Senior Finance Associate.

He previously worked for KPMG for three years as an auditor in the infrastructure sector. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and holds a BSc in Mathematics (University of Manchester).

James Knox

James joined iCON in 2017 as Head of Finance.

Previously, James was a financial controller at Mansford LLP, a private European multi-strategy real estate investment firm. James qualified as a chartered accountant in the infrastructure audit team at KPMG and then worked in the infrastructure team at 3i.  He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and holds a BSc in Natural Science (University of Durham).

James Scriven

James joined iCON in 2015 and is now a Senior Finance Associate. He is a qualified chartered accountant and previously worked for 3 years at Kingston Smith LLP as an auditor. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and holds a MSc in Physics with French (University of Nottingham and EPFL).

Daniel Hales

Daniel is iCON’s CFO, having joined in 2012. He was previously Group Financial Controller and Compliance Officer with an FSA-regulated investment advisory firm that pursued various investment strategies, including private equity.

Prior to this, Daniel worked in various roles at Goldman Sachs, KPMG and Barclays Bank. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
